Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your transit flight to Lanzhou, the capital and largest city of Gansu province in China. Visit Lanzhou’s most iconic landmark, Yellow River Iron Bridge, the first bridge built on the upstream of the Yellow River. Continue to Yellow River Waterwheel Park, where its water wheel was used to irrigate the fields in ancient times. Thereafter, view the Yellow River Mother Sculpture before savoring Lanzhou ramen for dinner.

After breakfast, proceed to Xiahe. Explore Labrang Monastery, one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. The temple has the most unusually long corridor in the world. Continue to explore the 3,000-metre above sea level Sangke Grassland, a vast highland meadow surrounded by mountains. Today at your own expense, you will enjoy Grassland BonFire Celebration, Fireworks Display and Tibetan Home visit.

After breakfast, coach to Langmusi. Look out for the 2-metre wide stream that runs through the town, dividing the town into two provinces – Gansu and Sichuan. In addition, the Tibetan and Hui Muslim ethnic communities live harmoniously in this town. Upon arrival, visit Langmu Temple that comprises two Tibetan Temples and a Muslim Mosque on each side of the stream in each of the provinces. Thereafter, coach to the mysterious Ruo Er Gai Grassland located in eastern Tibet. During the journey, be enthralled by the spectacular views of the vast grassland which is dotted with grazing cows and sheep. For photography moments, stop by and stroll along the picturesque bank of Yellow River. Continue to visit the Flower Lake Scenic Area (include tram ride)where you will be enthralled by a sea of colourful seasonal blooms and plants that will change with the seasons. Take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk of the lush and verdant lake to enjoy the picturesque scenery of crystal clear lake water, and if you are lucky, you may spot the black-necked cranes.

After breakfast, coach to Diebu and visit Zhagana (include tram ride), located in the mountainous region of the Tibetan Platea, with an average altitude of 3,000 to 3,300 metres above sea level. Nestled amongst mountains that are 4,500 metres above sea level, Zhangana, which means “stone chest” in Tibetan, is a magnificent rock palatial complex shaped by Nature. The scenic area has a unique culture and natural landscape, featuring Tibetan-style villages, primitive forests and mountains formed during the quaternary glaciation. The villagers are predominantly Tibetan and most of them live in wooden cottages.

After breakfast, coach to Tan Chang. Visit Guan'e Valley National Forest Park (include tram ride), a national geological park with diverse flora and fauna as well as beautiful waterfalls, valleys, streams, and forests. About 3,000 Tibetan and Qiang ethnic tribes still live in the forest park where their unique costumes and accessories and culture have been preserved.

After breakfast, coach to Tianshui. Enroute, visit Wanxiang Cave, acclaimed as the “No.1 cave in Northern China".  With a history of 250 million to 300 million years, it is one of the largest karst landform in northwestern China and embodies both the grandeur of Northern and the elegance of the Southern China. For dinner, enjoy Qinzhou Flavour

After breakfast, explore Maijishan Grottoes (include tram ride) one of China’s four major grottoes, and also known as the "Oriental sculpture gallery". As the grottoes are carved into the cliffs of the mountains, the boardwalks between the grottoes are built intertwining one another, resembling stacks of wheat, which is why the locals called it “Majishan

新加坡樟宜机场集合,转机飞往甘肃省省会兰州市。参观黄河铁桥,是黄河上游所建的第一座铁架大桥,是兰州市内标志性建筑,登桥远望,不远处的黄河如带,白塔山屹立河畔,为兰州这一城市增色不少。续游黄河水车园,古兰州用来灌溉田地的水车,外形酷似古式车轮,原理简单,但省力省时,是黄河著名的地标。之后拜访孕育中华儿女的黄河母亲像

早餐后,前往夏河。游览拉卜楞寺,藏传佛教格鲁派的六大寺之一,寺院规模宏大地位崇高,超长的转经长廊也是全世界罕见的。接着前往桑科草原,平均海拔3000米以上,草原辽阔无际。这天您将自费参与草原篝火晚会,观看烟花表演,藏族家访。

早餐后,乘车前往郎木寺镇。一条不足2米宽的小溪从镇中流过,分界又联结了两个省份:甘肃和四川。融合了藏、回两个和平共处的民族。抵达后,游览郎木寺。小溪两岸分别有两座寺,分别属于两个省份,合称郎木寺,在藏区有着显著的地位。之乘车前往神秘的东藏若尔盖草原。汽车在辽阔的草原中行使,牛羊如珍珠般洒落在草地上。也可漫步在美丽的黄河河畔,远眺烟波浩渺的美景,尽情用相机捕捉精彩时分。接着游览花湖风景区(含区间车) 。是草原上一个天然海子,根据不同的季节,湖中因植物或花朵会呈现出不同的色彩。沿着湖边的栈道行走,静谧透亮的湖面,水草丰茂的草原,或许还能看到黑颈鹤。

早餐后,乘车前往迭部,游览扎尕那 (含区间车)。扎尕那海拔3000-3300米,周围最高山峰海拔4500米。名字是藏语,意为石匣子。扎尕那是一座完整的天然“石城”,地形既像一座规模宏大的巨型宫殿,又似天然岩壁构筑的一座完整的古城。山石奇骏、景色优美,犹如一座规模宏大的石头宫殿。风景区内的村寨以藏族为主,村民多居住在板木屋内。

早餐后,乘车前往[tàn]。游览官鹅沟国家森林公园 (含区间车),中国国家地质公园。景区集森林景观、草原景观、地貌景观、水体景观、天象景观等自然景观和人文景观于一体,湖泊如珠、峡谷如线、瀑布如织,动植物分布多样,生态环境优美,自然景观奇特。公园内居住有藏、羌民族3000余人,保留着独特的服饰、风俗。

早餐后,乘车前往天水。途中游览万象洞,有着中国北方第一洞的美誉,距今已有2.5亿至3亿年的历史,既具有北国之雄奇,又有南国之灵秀的岩溶地貌。晚餐品尝秦州风味。

早餐后,前往中国四大石窟之一的麦积山石窟(含区间车),与其他石窟不同的是,这里以泥塑冠绝于世,被誉为“东方雕塑陈列馆”,开凿于山体西南、南、东南三册的峭壁上,洞窟之间有层层相叠的栈道项链,因形似麦垛而得名。
