Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Taipei. Upon arrival, transfer to the port city of Keelung. Chances are, you will be feeling peckish after your flight and the opportunity to satiate this shall be met at bustling Miaokou Night Market. A stone’s throw away from the harbour and a temple ---hence the name which translates to “entrance to the temple” --- this is a lantern-lit, buzzy turf to graze on nibbles and dishes featuring seafood prepared in a variety of ways, traditional delicacies as well as quirky and inventive snacks. (It will certainly help to wear something roomy!) Accommodation: Keelung Evergreen Laurel Hotel

Breakfast/ Hotel Exquisite Buffet Dinner

This morning, visit the colourful houses at Zhengbin Fishing Port, a small place of attraction in Keelung that has gotten very popular recently. A whole row of houses has been painted with vibrant colours, and looking from the opposite bank, they look like the Taipei version of a colourful mini Venice. Then, stop for photos in the Chaojing Park which looks like it’s right out of a Harry Potter scene. The many gigantic flying brooms installed here inject new vitality into the otherwise ordinary Keelung. At the same time, you can look over to Keelung Island and enjoy the pleasant scenery of mountains and the sea. On the way to Jiufen, make a short stopover at the Remains of the 13 Levels. This tall relic that resembles Sky Castle is what was left behind after the gold rush died away decades ago, a witness to the history of the northern coast of Taiwan. We can also look at the magical Yin and Yang Sea from the platform. Continue on to Jiufen for a trip of nostalgia and stunning scenery. Jiufen is also a famous attraction for photography enthusiasts. The streetscape bears a strong resemblance to the Japanese anime film Spirited Away, and attracts a large number of tourists to take photos here. You can also find a wide variety of local snacks in Jiufen Old Street. Thereafter, make your way to evocative Shifen Old Street, where rows of curios shops and restaurants line both sides of a train track. Here, you will also experience the joy of lighting and releasing heavenly lanterns with your fellow travellers. Next, depart to Nantou. In the evening, check into the hotel next to Sun Moon Lake, where you can enjoy the peaceful surrounding and tranquillity of the lake.
Accommodation: Sun Moon Lake Fleur de Chine Hotel

Note
Every 4 travellers will share 1 heavenly lantern.
Public transfer to Jiufen will be used should visitation fall on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or during major events in Taiwan.
Please bring along your swimwear and swim cap for outdoor hot spring pools.

After breakfast, experience the joy of cycling on Sun Moon Lake cycling route, which has been included as one of CNN‟s “10 Best Cycling Routes in the World”. Slow down your pace and indulge in the beauty of the emerald green lake! Then, visit Lingzhi Specialty Store. Next, head to Green Green Grasslands, known as “Paradise in the Mist” that features an undulation swath of green, dotted with grazing sheep. You can experience the joy of feeding the sheep which is included for you. Tonight, stay in the specially arranged, exclusive accommodation in Lukang Union House Hotel. Opened in 2017, it is situated in the historic old town of Changhua Lukang, which boasts 400 years of rich cultural history. The hotel is located next to Longshan Temple with more than 200 years of history. It is also one of the few boutique hotels in Taiwan that have been certified as Small Luxury Hotels of The World

Breakfast/New Banana Paradise Nostalgic Cuisine Lunch/ Farm Specialty Local Cuisine Dinner

In the morning, if you want to get up close and person with Taiwan's local customs and better understand it, you may wish to visit the nearby morning market and add unique travel memories for this trip. After breakfast, start on a historical and cultural tour of the historic site in Lukang town in Changhua. You will take an electric tricycle, and the driver will lead you to visit Milk Lane, Half Well, Tin Hau Temple, Lukang Old Street and so on. Next, transfer to Taiwan’s 3rd largest city, Taichung. Upon arrival, explore the whimsical Rainbow Village, which is given a new lease of life by an elderly Grandpa Huang, who painted the colourful graffiti on the alley walls and dilapidated houses.  Afterwards, visit Shenji New Village, a new scenic spot that was converted from abandoned dormitory into a cultural centre. You can buy special souvenirs, coffee or snacks at your own expense. The concept of breathing new life into old houses also attracts many locals to visit. Thereafter, proceed to Gaomei Wetland, an ecologically diverse wetland. If luck permits, you can catch a glimpse of some of the small species that form the communities of the wetland and capture the beautiful view of windmills against the romantic sunset. Next, proceed to check in to Miaoli’s renowned Flying Cow Ranch, which is located amidst the wilderness where green vegetation surrounds the entire area. Begin recapturing childhood joys by partaking in farm activities such as feeding cows, sheep, rabbits and more.
Accommodation: Flying Cow Ranch

Breakfast/ Lunch at Your Own Cooked Meal

This morning, start on a special event at the Happy Farm Kitchen! Follow the farm chef to the traditional local market, buying and understanding local ingredients and experiencing locals' daily life. After returning to the farm, learn to collect spices in the specially planted Chef Garden, while participating in a guided tour of the ranch park and collecting fresh ingredients. When you're ready, follow the chef in the uniquely designed kitchen to learn how to make three dishes and a drink. Your own work will be today's lunch! In this specially arranged event, you will be able to share joyful time with friends and family, work together for lunch and share the results. In addition, you can take away recipes and bring fantastic flavours back home. After the event, depart for Taipei. Upon arrival, visit Pearl Cultural Centre. Thereafter, immerse yourself in the vibrant ambience at Ximending, Taipei’s famed shopping area and epicenter of the city’s youth culture to shop and people-watch.
Accommodation: Taipei Beitou Aloft Hotel

Breakfast/ Lunch

This morning, visit Martyrs’ Shrine to observe the changing of guards’ procession ceremony before heading to a Pixiu Lucky Charm Centre. Then, partake in a DIY pineapple tart session. Next, visit Four Four South Village, a village located in the city. It is the first military dependents‟ village in Taipei and a landmark reminder of Taiwan's not-so-distant military past. In addition, you can find the best photography spot for shooting Taipei 101 there. With the strong contrast in architecture of the old at Four Four South Village and new in Taipei city, a new energy is injected into the city scene of Taipei. Tonight, explore Shilin Night Market, the largest night market in Taipei to embark on a hunt for good bargains and sample a variety of local snacks.  Accommodation: Taipei Beitou Aloft Hotel
