Stay at Howard Johnson Shaoxing Hotel or equivalent

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Shanghai, upon arrival transfer to Shaoxing. After dinner, check-in into hotel.

* If your flight is Singapore-Hangzhou, upon arrival, proceed to Shaoxing and check in hotel.
* Dinner will be replaced to Day 8

Stay at Hangzhou Zhonghao International Hotel or equivalent

After breakfast, we will visit the Luxun’s hometown to understand his authentic works.  His residence is situated in the distinctive Shaoxing Street that whole street covers with slate stone that reflects the traditional Shaoxing style.  You will see the typical river scenery with traditional architectural by the river banks. There are also traditional shops such as the preserved vegetable shop, Fermented bean curd shop and Fennel Seed shop etc along the river bank. Thereafter, visit Yellow Rice Wine Museum, there are exhibits showing the wine brewing process. It is one of the biggest museum in China. Continue to Hangzhou, visit Hu Xue Yan’s former residence, it was built during the 11^th year of Qing Dynasty (1872). The mansion is a mixture of traditional chinese and western architectural. The floor area of the building is over 10.8 acres and cover a total of 5,815 square meters.

Stay at Hangzhou Zhonghao International Hotel or equivalent

After breakfast, we will take a cruise ride at the picturesque West Lake. An eye-opening scenery of the Gushan Hill, the Suti Bridge, the Baiti Bridge and the 3 man-made islands within the lake.  You will also be able to see the beautiful scenic such as the Liulangwenying, the Long Bridge Park, and the Xiling Bridge as well.  Next, we will take a stroll at the Huagangguan Fish Park where you will see the golden red carp and the Peony Pavilion within the Peony Garden. Next, proceed to Chenghuangge Pavilion, enjoy the String and Wind Music which is popular in the Jiansu and Zhejiang, and savor the famous West Lake lotus root starch. Enjoy local cuisine  at your on your own expense

Stay at Nanxun Garden Grand Hotel or equivalent

After breakfast, proceed to Nanxun Ancient Town also known as water town. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the watertown was a famous tourist destination spot due to the economic development, appealing surroundings, history and the cultural site. The rise of the silk, handicraft industry brought economic prosperity. It’s also known as “Four Elephant”, Eight Cattles” and Seventy-two golden dogs. It had been said that “a city of Huzhou is not as good as half of Nanxun”. Nanxun is filled with gardens, dating back to the Song and Qing Dynasty.

Stay at Pullman Wuxi New Lake or equivalent 5* Hotel

After breakfast, coach to Wuxi, we will tour the Three Kingdom Film City (with tram ride). With such magnificence of the filming site, it will brings ones back to the war-torn era of the Three Kingdom.  Take a cruise ride with the imitate Ancient Warship (subject to weather condition) for a breathtaking scenery of the Lake Taihu.  Continue to visit the Yuantouzhu Park which is a peninsular by the North West coast of the lake.  The park got its name as it has a piece of stone sticking out to the lake resemble like a turtle head.  The beautiful landscape of the park is the essence of Lake Taihu’s scenery. The poet Guo Moruo once praised that “The most beautiful part of Lake Taihu is Yuantouzhu Park!”

Stay at Royal Tulip Suzhou or equivalent 5* Hotel

After breakfast, coach to Suzhou, visit Master of Nets Garden. The garden is a typical mansion garden, with refine garden layout and exquisite architecture. It has a elegant garden atmosphere. Continue to the Hanshan Temple which the poet Zhang Ji wrote poetry. Lastly,  we will visit Qilishantang Street, the first street of Gusu.

Stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai or equivalent 5* Hotel

After breakfast, head to Shanghai and visit Starbucks Reserve Roastery. It is the largest Starbucks Flagship Store in the world covering a total area of 2787 square meters, covering two floors. It is described by Starbucks as its “most magnificent project ever”. Next ascend the landmark of Shanghai – the 118-119^th floor of the Shanghai Global Financial Centre for a panoramic view of Shanghai. You may admire the beautiful scenery of The Bund, the beautiful bustling Shanghai city and the commercial buildings such as the Shanghai Global Financial Centre, the Shanghai Convention Centre etc.

If time permits, we will enjoy some free and easy time before we transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
