Dinner

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Xiamen. Coach to Dongshan Island and visit Tongshan Ancient City, originally built in the Ming Dynasty, and used to be a fortress. The ancient city has 4 gates facing four directions. Standing on the ancient city, you can get a view of the beautiful beach and sea landscapes. It is considered as one of the five ancient cities at the sea frontier of Fujian. Take in the view of Fengdongshi (Stone Wind). If possible, you are able to watch the local traditional fishing method known as “Seine Fishing” (Fishing period around: May – Oct, depending on the actual situation). Feast on Dongshan Seafood for dinner. Coach to Shantou.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

After breakfast, we will take a stroll at the marina coastline and the Peoples’ Square before we visit one of the four man-made gardens in China – the Zhongshan Park. The main entrance has a red archway to welcome you.  The park’s brilliant layout incorporates its historical and cultural heritage into its rock gardens, pavilions and bridges. Next, we will tour the Laoma Temple which was built during the Jiaqing time of the Qing Dynasty.  Next, taste the Soon Kueh and the Gingko Ginger Soup.  With its lavish ingredients, the snack is not only a type of food to the locals; it symbolizes a kind of happiness and good fortune. Enjoy your leisure at Huaqiaoxincun walking street.  Lunch will be Chaoshan 18-style flavors. Coach to Chaozhou. Visit Kaiyuan Temple, then take the ride and catch a glimpse of Guangji Gate, and the renowned Xiangzi Bridge. For dinner, you will feast on Chaocai Cuisine. At night, at your own expenses join the night tour of Chaozhou ancient city (take the ecological coach ride around the Chaozhou ancient city in daytime, take the coach ride around the city in the evening).

After breakfast, travel to “Fujian Hua’an Earthen House”, where you will see the Eryi Lou, the Dongyang Lou and the Nanyang Lou.The Eryi Lou is the largest among thousands of earthen houses in Fujian. With its majestic architecture and artistically elegant garden, it has rich historical values. Next, visit the Nanyang Earthen House Museum where you will have a better understanding of the history and development of the Earthen House. For lunch, you will savor the Authentic Earthen House Cuisine. Next, proceed to Zhangzhou to taste the seasonal fruits during the tour. Furthermore, you get to taste the Green Tea Taro Cake for free. Travel back to Xiamen and own expenses visit Laoyuanzi Folk Culture and Customs Garden and watch the unique Fujian Song and Dance Performance – <The Legend of the Hokkien> or Lujiang River Night Cruise Tour at your own expense.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner – at own expenses

After breakfast, take a ferry to the Garden on the Sea - Gulangyu, where you will see the multi-nation Architecture Exhibition from countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and others.  There is also a Spanish Catholic Church, Concord Cathedral and distinct-style old villas.  Later, have a must-try local specialty snack – Yap’s glutinous rice ball at the century old shop and do some shopping at the Longtou commercial street. After lunch, take a coach tour of the Huan Dao Road, which is known as the “Hawaii of the East”, the International Exhibition Center, and the Mt Guanyin marina leisure district.  You will find the largest man-made beach in China; see the Jinmen Islands from far. Tonight, at your own expense, take the coach through the Xiamen Night Scene, tour the Night Market-the Zhongshan Road Shopping District and taste the local snacks. Get to sample Xiamen Spring roll for free.

After breakfast, tour the South Putuo Temple; it’s a traditional Fujian ancient architecture that was built during the Tang Dynasty. In the evening, proceed to Wuyi by high-speed train or flight, upon arrival check-in into hotel.

Mt Wuyi is a UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage site. Let visit to Heavenly Tour Peak (Tianyou Feng), Hidden Scree Peak (Yinping Feng) and take a bamboo raft ride (including tipping)* on the Nine Bends River where you will enjoy the picturesque scenery of the nine bends and 18 turns.  Ashore, we will tour the Imitate Song Street, the Wuyi Temple and Memorial Museum. Next, we will shop for some local specialty products. For dinner, savour the flavors of Mt Wuyi.  In the evening, enjoy the performance of <Impression Da Hong Pao> or <Wuyi Shueisiou Sleeper Spring> (at your own expense).

After breakfast take a visit to Dahongpao （Scarlet Robe） Tea Trees Scenic Area before return to Xiamen by high-speed train or flight. After dinner, check in hotel for a good rest.

DAY 7 MT WUYI (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

DAY 8 MT WUYI – FUZHOU – SINGAPORE (Breakfast)

After breakfast return to Fuzhou via high-speed train. After that, transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
