End the arts and culture tour at Changhua with Hexing Youth Innovation Base, the first youth entrepreneurship base in Changhua, transformed from former police quarters. You'll find here traditional barbershops, clinics, markets and, most famously, shops selling delicious mainland Chinese delicacies. Later, visit the brand new SKM Park Outlets Kaohsiung Caoya officially opened in August 2022. This world-class comprehensive outlet was built by Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, with about 220 stores stationed in it, providing one-stop shopping, dining and entertainment experiences. Next, journey to Taiwan’s cultural, economic, and political centre, Taipei. Upon arrival, visit and see the local residents’ humble life at Pingxi Old Street. At this quaint old street, you can find traditional houses untouched by modernity along both sides of the railway on the slanted hillside, and hear rumbling sound whenever the train passes the railway above the street. Don’t miss out the charming Jingtong Railway Station, one of the oldest wooden train stations in Taiwan, giving off bouts of nostalgia. Here, you can experience the simple joy of lighting and releasing sky lanterns with your fellow travellers. Make a wish and may all your wishes come true.
