Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Okinawa, Naha via Taipei. Home to crystal blue seas, powder white sand beaches and teeming with colourful marine life, Okinawa consists of 160 islands of various size scattered across a vast area of ocean. Upon arrival, proceed to Naminoue Shrine atop a high bluff overlooking Naminoue Beach and the vast ocean. Next, learn how brown sugar is made at Brown Sugar Factory, observe the Okinawan way of producing brown sugar from raw sugar cane to crystallization of brown sugar for mass manufacturing and bag home these unique products of Okinawa at own expenses. Proceed on to visit Cape Manzamo, a fossilized coral outcrop resembling an elephant trunk that overlooks the East China Sea. Enjoy the stunning sunset at Cape Zanpa as we wrap up the day.

Today, head to Busena Marine Park, home to brilliant marine life and breathtaking coral reefs. Admire the fascinating underwater world from the observatory 4 metres below sea level with an impressive 360-degree view. Next, take a whale-shaped glass-bottom boat ride for an up-close encounter with the plentiful marine life and resplendent coral reefs. Next, make your way to Nago Pineapple Park and learn about the history and cultivation process of the pineapple as you tour the lush tropical grounds aboard an adorable pineapple-shaped shuttle bus. Don’t forget to pick up some delicious confectionery and souvenirs for your loved ones from the shop before you leave. End the day at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, home to the world’s second-largest aquarium and a dolphin theatre where you will get to enjoy a dolphin show.

This morning, enjoy a hands-on DIY Beni-Imo Tart session (purple sweet potato tart) and get to bring home your own making. Spend the noontime exploring Mihama America Village, a large entertainment complex located in central Okinawa Honto, is a big American outdoor shopping mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a large parking and beach nearby for most to laze around to catch sunset. Make a stop at Shuri Castle. A UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled on a top hill. Pierced by several large gates and ornately decorated of vermilion colour. It was the official residence of Ryuku monarchs till 1879. Arrival at Naha this evening.

After breakfast, visit Okinawa World, a theme park on Okinawan history, culture and nature. Explore traditional Okinawa architecture in the shops and villages and experience the Okinawan way of life through the art museum and studio exhibits. Head for a shopping spree at Ashibina outlet mall afterwards and choose from an array of popular international and domestic fashion, lifestyle and entertainment brands. Bask in the rich aroma and history of Awamori as you learn the processes involved in making Awamori, Okinawa’s traditional liquor at Awamori Factory. Here, you will get to sample this aromatic, unique and delicious liquor. Enjoy a photo stop at Umikaji Terrace, a unique instagrammable place with gorgeous sunset over the Kerama Islands.

After breakfast, proceed to airport for your flight to Taipei. Upon arrival, make your way towards Taipei 101, one of the city’s notable landmarks with multi-level shopping, food court, various restaurants and boutiques and an international grocery store. Next, visit Bopiliao Old Street, also known as Bopiliao Historical Block, one of the few remaining streets that’s still standing since the Qing Dynasty era. The mottled red brick walls and wooden doors offer a lens to the past. Just a stone's throw away, you will find Longshan Temple. This temple was first built in 1738, with almost 300 years of history, has been rebuilt several times due to destruction by earthquakes, typhoons and even bombing in the last days of WWII. Tonight, enjoy a variety of authentic traditional Taiwanese snacks at Ningxia Night Market, which is known as the “Taipei people’s stomach”.

This morning, your first stop is Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, erected in honour and memory of its namesake. It encompasses a variety of biodiversity and garden landscaping, making it a fine place for visitors to both enjoy cultural sightseeing and get close to nature. Stopover at a Pixiu Lucky Charm Centre before you get captivated by the charming garden landscape at Chiang Kai-shek Shilin Residence Park. Enjoy exploring the Chinese-style inner garden landscaped with a stream running under an artificial bridge, peculiarly shaped rocks, and a red-painted Chinese summerhouse, whereas the European-style outer garden with carpet bed of exuberant flowers. Visit Rongjin Gorgeous Time Park, a new scenic spot. It was the Taipei prison during the Japanese Occupation and is now the largest Japanese-style dormitory in Taiwan. There are more than 15 brands in the park, including cafes, kimono shops, dumpling houses, izakayas, dessert shops and more. Tonight, immerse yourself in the vibrant ambience of Ximending, the famed entertainment and shopping area, and the mecca for youth culture in Taipei.
