Assemble at Singpore Changi Airport
for your flight to Hobart via Melbourne/Sydney .

Upon arrival, prepare your tummy for a
procession of tasty treats, beginning with a visit to Barilla Bay Oyster
farm where you can learn more about the fascinating production process of oysters. Taste the freshness of
succulent oysters at the end of your
guided tour. Next, proceed to Tas Live Abalone for a factory tour to get
an insight of the wild abalone industry and enjoy an abalone-tasting
session. Thereafter, embark on a city
tour of Hobart.

This morning, visit Salamanca
Market to shop for food, souvenirs, clothes and accessories. Thereafter,
head to Port Arthur in Tasman Peninsula, Australia’s most
intriguing historic site. Take a tour around the sprawling site for insights
into the hardships endured by the convicts in the past. This will be followed
by a cruise where you can marvel at the historic buildings and ruins set
amongst beautiful gardens. Thereafter, return to Hobart.
Note : Salamanca Market is open on Saturdays only.

This morning, visit Sorell Fruit
Farm for a farm tour. During Spring and summer, you may pick fruits and
taste fruit wines. During other season, you will have the opportunity to shop
for jams and other fruits products. Next, visit to Bonorong Wildlife Santuary
where you will get a chance to come face to face with animals that went extinct
long ago. Meet the famous Tasmanian Devil and other native wildlife before
continuing on to the Curringa Farm, where you will have an overnight
stay in the Aussie Farm.
Note : Sorell
Fruit Farm is open from October to April and closed during the months from May
to September.
(Breakfast/BBQ Lunch/Western Dinner)
After breakfast, enjoy the farm
activities that include sheep shearing, sheepdog, herding and viewing crops
in season. Thereafter, continue the
drive towards Swansea. In the evening, drive to Bicheno to experience a Twilight
penguin tour where you can witness fairy penguins embarking on their
nightly ritual of returning ashore to their burrows.

This morning, depart Swansea for
Launceston. Make a stop at Bridestowe Lavender Estate, where you may
shop for wide range of lavender-based products and souvenirs. Thereafter, visit
the tranquil Cataract Gorge Reserve, beautiful natural amphitheatre
located in the heart of Launceston. You may take an optional 308-metre long
chairlift ride at your own expense.
(Breakfast/Western Dinner)
Today, travel thought the outskirt of
Launceston to picturesque Tamar Valley. Make a stop to visit Grindlewald,
a replica of a Swiss Village. Continue your journey to Cradle Mountain. Visit Doke
Lake and take a short walk to the famous boat shed where you can enjoy
remarkable views of Cradle Mountain. Tonight, spend a serene night at
Cradle Mountain, Tasmania’s most popular wilderness destination.

After breakfast, depart Cradle Mountain
for Launceston and stop by Sheffield, also known as Town of Murals.
Visit Ashgrove Cheese to view the production of this well-loved dairy
product and savour different types of dairy product and savour different types
of cheese including the delectable chilli cheese. Then, proceed to Tasmanian
Gourmet Sauce Company, where you may savour some award-winning jams and
chutneys.

After Breakfast, spend the day at leisure and
explore the vibrant views of the surrounding landscape and the buildings. The city is well known for its
rich architecture. Just take a look at St. John Street in the city center and
bask for a moment in the many impressive buildings around you, such as the
1880s Custom House with its classic portico and elegant Corinthian column
leisure exploring and shopping in Launceston.

If time permits, you can do some last minute shopping before your
transfer to the airport for your flight home.
Note: If you are
taking an early morning flight, packed breakfast will be provided.
