Upon arrival, drive north to witness the impressive remains of Caesarea, built by Herod the Great. Next, view the highly reveled, excavated Roman Theater, as you uncover the culturally-rich history of the Roman Empire. The visit includes a new audio-visual presentation which brings to life the times of the Romans who controlled these shores 2,000 years ago. Proceed next to Haifa, the greatest harbour of Israel, for a breathtaking panoramic view of Haifa Bay and of the beautiful Baha’i Gardens with its impressive temples. Next, head northwest to Acre for a visit to the Crusader Fortress and the Museum of the Underground Prisoners. Acre is a city of heritage, where you can saunter along the labyrinthine alleys and streets. Explore the history-rich remnants of the Crusader, Muslim and Ottoman conquerors of the world.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

After breakfast, enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee as Jesus and apostles did. Proceed to Capernaum to see the ruins of an ancient Galilean synagogue. According to the Christian tradition and documentation records, Jesus served here as a local rabbi and performed miracles. Next, enjoy a scenic drive to Mt of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the famous discourse - Sermon on the Mount. Mt of Beatitudes lies along the northern part of the lake, presenting a scenic vista view. Continue the trip by visiting Chateau Golan Winery, one of the most established wineries in Israel, with an illustrious history of almost 20 years.

Today, drive through the Jordan Valley to Beit She’an, a geographical, epochal district nestled between the Jordan River and the Jezreel Valley. Drive towards Jerusalem and stop for a breathtaking view of Jericho, one of the world’s oldest cities where it is strategically located in the West Bank region. Next, enjoy the view of St. George Monastery which is hidden within a deep canyon in Wadi Qelt. Continue on for a visit to Bethlehem, a Palestinian city situated south of Jerusalem. Then, see the Church of the Nativity which is built over the tomb of St Geronimo. In the grotto under the altar, see the silver star marking the historic birthplace of Jesus Christ.

After breakfast, ascend the Mt of Olives for a spectacular view of Jerusalem. Overlooking the Old City, the mount is layered partly in olive trees, cemeteries and churches that commemorate the ministry of Jesus. Enter the Garden of Gethsemane, with the ancient olive trees believed to date back to the time of Jesus and the apostles. Next, visit the ancient Jerusalem via the Zion Gate and continue by foot into the walled city. In the Jewish Quarter, you will see Cardo and the holiest side the Western Wall, which is also known as the Buraq Wall. You will also get to enjoy a panoramic view of the Dome of the Rock. Thereafter, visit the Archaeological Park at the Davidson Center and continue on to the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of Holy Sepulchre where Jesus was crucified and buried according to the New Testament.

This morning, drive to see The Knesset and Menorah, which were donated by the British to Israel in 1956, showing 29 icons of Jewish History. Visit Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial Museum. The museum contains the world’s largest repository of information on the Holocaust. Continue on to Israel Museum where you will see the Shrine of the Book housing the Dead Sea Scrolls found in Qumran, and a model of Jerusalem during the late 2nd Temple Period. Next, visit Machane Yehuda Market to enjoy the colors, smells and unique atmosphere of the alleys and stalls as well as tasting local products.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

After breakfast, drive to the Dead Sea which is more than 400 metres below sea level; thereby making it the lowest point on the earth’s land surface. Visit Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Continue on to Masada. Ascend by a cable car ride to the top of the mountain to marvel at King Herd’s desert fortress-palace and the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots against Roman Domination in 73 CE. Thereafter, enjoy a floating experience on the seawater.

Head to Mitzpe Ramon looking over the world’s largest natural crater. Stop at the visitor’s centre which offers an experience combining the life story of the Israeli astronaut, Colonel Ilan Ramon, and the largest makhtesh in the world. The area of geological craters look like a science fiction movie set. Enjoy the boundless desert views that encompass cliffs, boulders, waterfalls and multicoloured sand in many different textures. Continue on to the Big Crater in Yeruham, the 2nd-largest crater in the Negev. There is multicoloured sand in the crater which can be collected and layered in bottles. Next, drive to Kfar Hanokdim, an oasis in the Judean Desert where you will enjoy a Bedouin hospitality experience with camel ride.

Breakfast/Lunch/Meals on Board

After breakfast, proceed to Jaffa which is one of the oldest port cities in the. Walk through its ancient streets and visit the famous Artists’ Quarter, where many studios and art galleries are situated. Continue on to Rabin Square in Tel Aviv to view a memorial erected on the site where Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated in 1995. This evening, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
