Depart Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Launceston

Upon arrival, collect your car from the airport and head to Tamar Valley, home to some of Tasmania’s best berry farms, orchards and wineries. You can explore attractions such as Seahorse World, Platypus House, Lavender House or Grindelwald, a shopping square reminiscent of those found in Swiss towns. For something more adventurous, join Hollybank Treetops Adventure and zip through the forest canopy. Beer lovers would relish a visit to James Boag's Brewery before stopping by the scenic Cataract Gorge for a Chairlift ride. Accommodation: Hotel Charles or similar

Drive west to Cradle Mountain, where you may stop at 41 Degrees South Tasmania Salmon and Ginseng Farm and Ashgrove Cheese Farm to learn more about cheese making. You may also visit The Honey Farm to taste local honey such as Tasmania’s famous leatherwood honey. Later, make your way to Trowunna Wildlife Park. In the evening, take an animal spotlight tour to observe native animals and visit Devils@Cradle, a Tasmanian devil sanctuary to join the night feeding tour. Accommodation : Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village or similar Note In September and October, you may visit Van Dieman's Quality Bulbs, a flower farm in Table Cape to admire the colourful tulips, irises, daffodils and lilies in bloom.

Today, drive to Zeehan and make a stop at Zeehan Museum to gain insight into what it was like living as a miner in one of the most remote towns in Australia. Continue your drive to Strahan, a fi shing port with an abundant supply of fresh seafood. For something more adventurous, you may take a 4WD motorbike tour on Henty Sand Dunes, a 20-minute drive from Strahan. Accommodation: Motel Strahan or similar

Make your way to Queenstown and visit Mt Lyell Mine. You may visit Nelson Falls, a well signposted short forest walk between Queenstown and Lake St Clair. Thereafter, drive on to the picturesque Lake St Clair. You may also make a stop at The Wall in the Wilderness, a wall on which scenes of Tasmanian history have been carved. Afterwards, make a stop at a supermarket in Ouse to purchase dinner supplies for your farm stay. Thereafter, follow the signposts along a 9-kilometre route to Curringa Farm, a genuine 750-acre award-winning sheep and cropping farm for your overnight stay. Accommodation: Curringa Farm or similar

This morning, take a farm tour to experience life on a working sheep farm and gain better understanding of wool production, sheep husbandry and cropping activities before making your way to Hobart. Take the scenic route via Mt Field National Park and make a leisure 30-minute trek to Russell Falls, one of Tasmania’s most photographed waterfalls. You may also visit Something Wild, a wildlife sanctuary where orphaned and injured animals are nursed back to health. Accommodation: Lenna of Hobart or similar
Today, you may take a tour of Barilla Bay Oyster Farm before heading up to Mt Wellington for splendid views of the city. Indulge in fresh seafood at Fish Frenzy, Mures Upper Deck or Barilla Bay Restaurant. Accommodation: Lenna of Hobart or similar
If time permits, you can do some last-minute shopping before you return your car at the airport and catch your flight home.
