Breakfast at hotel. This morning start your day by understanding Vietnamese culture through fulfilled culinary lesson at Hanoi's famous cooking school. First take a walk to local market to select fresh ingredients and get a fascinating glimpse into local culture. Thereafter, transfer to local home where you will learn how to cook the authentic Vietnamese traditional food under the guidance of professional cook. Thereafter enjoy your own creation paired with special local wines.

2. Fried spring rolls (Nem)
3. Banana flowers salad with chicken or green papaya salad with dried beef

Thereafter city tour to visit some of the city’s attractions including Quan Thanh pagoda, Ho Chi Minh house on stilt & One Pillar pagoda. Visit Literature temple which is regarded as the first university of Vietnam After lunch, visit Restored Sword lake, follow by dinner at a the local restaurants.

Breakfast at hotel. Thereafter pick up at your hotel and depart for Ha Long City. Enjoy a scenic ride where you will get to see the beautiful countryside of Vietnam (Est. 3.5hours duration). Upon arrival, board the cruise and start your amazing exploration through this World Heritage Site. Thereafter enjoy a selections of fresh local seafood lunch onboard. During the cruise journey, you will sail through amazing caves, followed by a swim in the emerald water of Ha Long Bay. In the evening enjoy a dinner while you unwind as the sun sets.

Breakfast/ Brunch/ Dinner with Cha Ca Vong

Start your day early with sunrise watching over the tranquil of Ha Long Bay. Thereafter breakfast will be served on board. Next enjoy a leisure cruise through Ha Long Bay with thousands of seemingly never-ending islands. You will get great opportunities to capture amazing photographs the beautiful Bay. Next have brunch on board while cruising back to the Ha Long city pier. Upon arrival, coach back to Hanoi and start tour walk through Hanoi old quarter. Next proceed for shopping spree at Dong Xuan market. Thereafter, drop by a street beer stall to enjoy a glass of iced Vietnamese draught beer with roasted peanuts (maximum 02 glasses per pax). This evening enjoy dinner with one of the must try dish, Cha Ca La Vong, grilled fish with turmeric and dill.
