Drive to one of the city’s most popular attractions just 20min drive from the CBD, Mt Wellington. At the peak, you can enjoy panoramic view of Hobart below and to the east, the Derwent estuary and also glimpses of the World Heritage Area nearly 100km west. After descending from Mt. Wellington, you may stock up some groceries in any supermarket in Hobart downtown before starting on an hour long drive to the famed Curringa Farm.

This morning, join the farm activities that include sheep shearing, sheepdog herding and viewing crops in season, later enjoy the Aussie BBQ lunch. Drive to Cradle Mountain, where you may stop at 41 Degrees South Tasmania Salmon and Ginseng Farm and Ashgrove Cheese Farm to learn more about cheese making. You may also visit The Honey Farm to taste local honey such as Tasmania’s famous leatherwood honey. In the evening, take an animal spotlight tour to observe native animals and visit Devils@Cradle, a Tasmanian devil sanctuary to join the night feeding tour.

Spend the morning exploring one of Tasmania's most beautiful walking tracks: the 6 km Dove Lake Circuit. It's a leisurely stroll, so the toughest part will be trying to peel your eyes away from the craggy Cradle Mountain skyline. Later, head towards Launceston,. Tasmania’s second-largest city. It is home to charming Georgian architecture and leafy green park. Enjoy a scenic walk to Cataract Gorge where you can swim and take a ride on Australia’s longest single span chair lift.

Today, you may visit Tamar Valley, home to some of Tasmania’s best berry farms, orchards and wineries. You can explore attractions such as Seahorse World, Platypus House or Beaconsfield Mine and Heritage Centre. For something more adventurous, join Hollybank Treetops Adventure and zip through the forest canopy. Take a small trip to nearby Nabowla where you will discover one of the summer’s most iconic sights at the Bridestowe Estate Lavender Farm. Before continuing the drive to Coles Bay, you can visit.

Travel south to Freycinet National Park, where you can take a walk to the beautiful Wineglass Bay Lookout. You may also make a stop at Sea Life Centre or East Coast Natureworld to get better acquainted with Tasmania’s native wildlife. As the sun sets, you may join Freycinet Adventures for a twilight sea kayaking session.
Before driving back to Hobart, stop at Freycinet Marine Farm for oysters and mussels direct from the farm leases. Later, continue driving Sorell Fruit Farm and pick fruits in season and enjoy your farewell dinner in the evening.

This morning, you may visit World Heritage-listed Port Arthur Historic Site is the best preserved convict site in Australia. On the drive back to Hobart, see the amazing natural rock formations of the craggy Tasman Arch, the Devil’s Kitchen and the Blowhole.
