Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring the cosmopolitan city.
Embark on a Reykjavik city tour. Visit Bessastadir presidential residence and view other notable sights such as Perlan , Hofdi House, Laugardalur Valley and the Parliament House. Not forgetting to visit Hallgrimskirkja , the largest church in Iceland, with its iconic design. In the evening, go on a Northern Lights hunting tour in search of magnificent auroras. On a clear night, you may be lucky to spot the Northern Lights in dramatic shapes, colours , patterns and sizes swirling in a wild and carefree dance across the sky.Note:Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon and sighting is subject to weather conditions.
After breakfast, depart Reykjavik for an extraordinary 2 night excursion to the many popular attractions in Iceland. Head west to the Golden Circle, and stop byThingvellir National Park, the first national park in Iceland and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue your journey to visit some of Iceland’s greatest natural attractions including the breathtaking 2 tiered Gullfoss waterfall , hot springs of The Great Geysir and Strokkur, as well as the surrounding geothermal area. Be thrilled by the picturesque Seljalandsfoss, a waterfall that plummets 200 feet into a deep plunge pool below. Next, stop by Skogar to visit the famous Skogafoss , regarded by many as the most spectacular waterfall in Iceland. Tonight, head to a nearby accommodationfor a good night’s rest.
This morning, head to explore black sand beaches with picturesque basalt column formations and view the magnificient Reynisdrangar . Continue the journey by driving past Breiðamerkurjökull , a glorious outlet glacier which reaches down, like an icy finger, from Vatnajökull , the second largest glacier in Europe. The magnificentJökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and nearby Diamond Beach are our next stop. The lagoonis filled with icebergs of all shapes and sizes, as they glide in a dreamlike procession towards the salty waves of the Atlantic. From Jokulsarlon , we head out inland to a new adventure. Join a certified glacier guide and explore the mesmerizing world inside an ice cave.Note:Guide may decide to combine the ice cave and glacier hike into a single activity depending on conditions.
This morning where your glacier encounter will culminate with a glacier walk under the supervision of a certified glacier guide at Svinafellsjokull , part of Vatnajokull Glacier , the largest glacier in Europe. Be awed by magnificent views as you witness ice formations and crevasses along the way, learning how they are formed and how the glaciers continuously reshape. If you are lucky en route back to Reykjavik, you might be able to spot the Northern Lights along the way..

This morning, start off your day with your choice of bonus tour. Begin your day with a visit to Blue Lagoon with your premium package admission, reputed for the unique properties of the geothermal seawater in the lagoon. The geothermal spa water, which is about 37 to 39 degree celsius, contains minerals and salts which are said to be therapeutic for one’s well-being. Relax and unwind in the saunas and steam baths or get a natural massage under the Blue Lagoon waterfall. Thereafter, you may choose to dine at your own expense at "Café Blue" or by the stunning lava cliff in the restaurant "Lava", which serves authentic Icelandic cuisines inspired by top Michelin restaurants.
If time permits, you can do some last minute shopping before you transfer to your airport for your flight home.
