Except for tours to countries under Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL), all other tours operated by the company based on group departures from 15 March 2020 to 30 September 2021 have been temporarily suspended. We are contacting all affected customers progressively, starting from those with more immediate departures within the week, before original scheduled departures to assist with new tour arrangements based on full credit of monies paid redeemable against all new bookings for travel by 31 December 2023. All administrative fees will be waived. For other tours departing from 1 October 2021, we are monitoring the situation closely and will be adjusting our interim terms and conditions accordingly to accord maximum flexibility. For all other travel bookings, affected customers will also be contacted and advised of your options. Your safety and patronage are important to us. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

With effect from 19 April 2021, our operating hours are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, 11am to 6pm. While some offices reopen to visitors by appointment only, the rest continue to adopt telecommuting arrangements and remain closed to visitors till further notice. For details, click here. To safeguard the well-being of guests and employees, all visitors are required to undergo temperature screening and complete the declaration form before entering the premises. We regret that visitors will be denied entry if diagnosed with fever or other related COVID-19 symptoms.

All unutilised travel credits expiring in 2022 issued by the company due to suspension of tours will be automatically extended for 2 years from current date of expiry. New vouchers will be emailed nearer to the date of expiry. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again soon.
