Check all travellers' name as per passport on attached Pax Statement.

What's next ?
Tour will be finalized 2 weeks before departure.
If tour is confirmed, we will contact you to inform you the briefing date and balance payment.
If tour is cancelled, you can choose an alternative tour or get a full refund.

Payment ?
We accept all major credit cards, except DINERS and JCB
Interest free installment plan is available for DBS, UOB & CITIBANK Visa & Mastercard only.
Personal cheque is accepted, but not lesser than 5 working days before departure.
NETS payment is accepted, but limited to maximum $2000 per card per day.

When will my extension request be confirm ?
Extension & deviation request is strictly subject to airlines seat's availability.
If extension & deviation is confirmed, you may be required to settle payment earlier than 14 days before departure so that we can issue your air-ticket to avoid seat cancellation.
If extension & deviation is unabl to confirm by 2 weeks before departure, you will be deemed to return as per group's flight schedule

Will the taxes be adjusted?
All relevant taxes will be finalized upon issuance of air-tickets.
Upon departure, you may find the taxes amount reflected on the air-ticket for your reference.

How much is the cancellation charge ?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions stipulated in the brochure and Pax Statement.

How much is the amendment fee ?
Any amendment initiated by the customer will be subjected to charges base on case to case from a minimum of $50 per amendment.

Do I need and where can I purchase travel insurance ?
You are advised to take up a travel insurance policy to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays, loss of baggage, illness, hospitalization, etc ...
You are advised to purchase travel insurance at least 1 month before departure. This can be done at any of our sales counters @ Fook Hai Building

How long does it take to refund ?
For Cash, Cheque & NETS payment, refund will be in a form of cheque within 2 to 4 weeks.
For Credit Card payment, refund will be made through Credit Card Company within 4 to 6 weeks.
